I have a problem with my Beats EP On-Ear Headphones. Build in Microphone doesn't work on my MacBook Pro 13-inch, 2016, MacOS High Sierra Version 10.13.6. With other devices microphone work is fine. How to fix that issue?

I'm puzzled. Are you certain that Siri and QuickTime Player aren't picking up the internal mic? If Skype isn't open, does the input meter move then?
When I use the Siri the microphone works fine. When I record audio with QuickTime Player the microphone works fine. But if I use Skype app - microphone doesn't work. Also when I going to Preferences>Audio>Input and trying to say something the indicator don't move (look the picture which I posted before) and the option "Use ambient noise reduction" disappears . But if I use EarPods with 3.5 mm Headphone the microphone in Skype works fine.
In general, I had to return the headphones to the store. I wanted to understand what was wrong and I went to another store with a laptop and hooked up the same model of headphones. As a result, the result is the same - the microphone does not work as it should. I think that this is a standard problem for this model of headphones. I had to buy other headphones - Monster N-tune, they all work fine.

If Siri recognizes it then other apps should. What app/s are you trying?

I don't use Skype so I can't help much other than recommending you contact Skype support.

You're welcome. I'm not sure what you're saying. I thought you said Siri works with the headset mic. Are you saying when you speak into the mic the meter doesn't move?
