paid to increase icloud storage from 5GB to 50GB but still showing only 5GB who to contact to get this sorted?

My credit card confirms Apple has taken payment but has not increased my icloud storage from 5GB to 50GB. How do I get this sorted who do I contact?

iPad Pro 10.5-inch, Wi-Fi, iOS 11.4.1, 64GB

Well a technician appeared not to speed up the process as such. Something went wrong with initial purchase, unknown reason. Typically money was charged (they're good at that) but the increase in storage didn't occur. They thought the payment yesterday was only an authorisation amount to check validity of the card but not actually charged. With Apple having access to my iPad a repeat purchase of iCloud storage was made, which was immediately successful. They promise I will be refunded the initial amount. But we wait to see.
Thank you for your assistance in the first instance.
