I started using my keyboard as normal this morning and I have found that when I press certain letters, several letters appear e.g. I press the s key and dfs appears, similarly I press w and erw appears. It looks as though it has remembered previous searches and is almost behaving like predictive text! Any ideas on how to stop this please?

Have you tried a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?

I have contacted Arteck and they have been really helpful. I am delighted to discover it is still within warranty so they should send me a new one.

I tried this and also re-paired the devices which solved the problem - however now the g and h keys will not work! The keyboard is less than 18 months old - surely it is not at the end of its lifespan already?
Hardware can fail at any time.
I suggest you contact the maker of this Bluetooth keyboard to see if there is anything they can do and if any warranties still apply.
