How to display page boders in Numbers edit mode

How can you show the page borders and the location of each object (x and y axis) in Numbers in edit mode (rather than in print preview mode)? I want to fit all the contents within the certain size of the paper (US Letter, A4, etc.) to print on, but going back and forth between edit view and print view to check is quite bothersome.

Formatting in Print Setup view is impossible ! (?) I can't imagine even one reason why it should not be possible to format the appearance of a page IN THE PAGE SETUP view ! How is it even possible to get a page to look the way you want WHEN YOU CAN'T SEE IT WHILE YOU'RE DOING IT. How to print the top (or bottom) half ONLY of a page in Preview I'm trying to proofread a music document that is for 11X17 paper. I have converted it to PDF, and now I want to print out just the top half of the page (a perfect fit for letter size, landscape), and then to print the bottom half of the page. I don't want to join them together--it's just so I can proofread a printed-out copy. I have googled this question several times, and it tells me how to print half of the number of pages in the document, but not half of ONE PAGE of a document. Is there a way to do that?

Any version of Pages support A5 borderless print size? I've got Pages version 11.1. While it has lots of borderless options in the pull down paper size menu A5 is not one of them. Is there any version of Pages with A5 borderless as a paper size option? I tried creating a custom paper size 5.83 in. x 8.27 in. (the dimensions of A5) with 0 in. margins. It shows the new page size in the list but it is grey. I can't select it for a new or existing document. I'm printing a multiple page 2-sided doc created on an A5 page size. I want to print to the edges. I realize now I should never have gone down the A5 path without a borderless option but it's the size I wanted. If you have any helpful ideas please share. Thanks.

Also, I find these settings useful in Numbers > Preferences > Rulers

Numbers 5.1 on a MacBook Pro (2017) under macOS 10.12.6 Sierra.
