How do I get the Walmart gift card popups off my computer. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with Apple yesterday and thought we fixed it but it is back this morning at login-help

It's just an ad, such as the current and similar onslaught of Amazon gift cards. Some ads, as you've noticed, are particularly obnoxious. The blame goes to the sites you visit who host the ad servers that push this junk.

You can clear web cache data, but they'll come right back if you visit the same sites. Best option right now is to install an ad blocker. There are quite a few free ones in the App Store. Wipr is one of the better ones at $1.99. AdBlock Master gets high ratings and is free.

If the pop-up reloads, force quit Safari (command - option/alt - esc) and reopen with the shift key held down. If that doesn't work, disconnect from the Internet, go to Safari/History and delete the website. Quit and reopen with the shift key held down. Then reconnect to the Internet.
