Change fanspeed curve in Windows

Hi,

I´m looking for a solution to my overheating problem. When I run a stress test, I see my 2018 MacBook Pro 15´ only ramp up the fans when reaching around 85 to 90 C on my CPU cores. I would like to keep my MacBook cooler, by adjusting the fanspeed curve. Are there any solutions to do this? I've tried solutions like Macs Fan Control, but those are not able to control the fans since the new T2 chip.

Side-question: My MacBook in Windows always says it is being charged... while I'm not plugged in. Any solutions to this?

Thanks in advance!

MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018), Other OS, i7-8850H, 560X, Mojave

There is no clean way to control fans in Windows. Look at Cooling option under Power Options -> Advanced. Hid-party solution may or may not work.

Run a SMC Reset and test.
