How do I fix the camera orientation on my 10. Sideways orientation.

How are you holding the phone when you’re taking the picture—is it horizontal, with the camera facing the floor/ground or ceiling/sky? Or even just not straight on with your subject in front of you? If you answered yes to that question and it only happens in the Camera app, there’s nothing wrong with your phone or the app. The accelerometer in the phone thinks you’re turning the phone sideways because of how it’s oriented, and is actually working as it’s supposed to.

The only solution to this is to be very careful with how you get the phone to the position you want it in.

You can't adjust it.

Maybe I misuderstood your question (I'm thinking of a camera that is not aligned, and when you want to take a picture, it badly frames the subject)

If, on the contrary, you're talking about rotating your iphone to landscape mode, check that the rotation lock is disabled. Then restart your iPX.
