Why do I still get billed even after canceling these subscriptions?

Why do I get billet on Netflix and Tonka life Still? On Wednesday this week, I spoke to an Apple speciallist about this and he even promised to return my money back. So far I haven’t seen my account credited by Apple, instead I still see charges.

It can take as much as ten business days to receive a refund. Be patient.
