Try Google Chrome. For whatever reason nothing plays over 1080 with Firefox or Safari but I get up to 2160 with Chrome.

You're welcome. I don't when HD support with Firefox and Safari changed because I didn't know they had until your post. It remains to be seen if it changes again.
