Safari tabs won’t show

Hello There

I have two iPhone one is iPhone 5 (ios 10.3.3) other is iPhone SE (ios 11.4). The safari tabs open on my iPhone 5 shows on iPhone SE but iPhone 5 won’t show the opend tabs on iPhone SE

Try Settings/Your Name/iCloud and slide off Safari syncing. Wait a few minutes and then slide syncing on.

Last resort - have you tried signing out of iCloud and then sign back in?

I didn't find a solution bro my iPhone 5 have this problem. Apple says this is because iPhone 5 have ios older iOS version 10.3.3 and iPhone SE have 11.4

I have a similar problem. My iPad 2 no longer shows the Safari tabs that are open on my iMac or iPhone. Can this be corrected?
