Apple ID Not Working

Hello, I'm having some problems with my Iphone 5s that literally appeared overnight with no warning signs and I'm confused as to how to fix them. So, the first thing that I had noticed when I went to use my phone is that some of my apps were not loading for some reason. All three of the apps required internet, so I figured that must have been the culprit. I disconnected from the internet, reconnected, restarted my phone, forgot my network, reconnected, nothing worked. So I uninstalled the apps and attempted to redownload them. Turns out, I couldn't download any apps from the app store because when I clicked the download button; it'd just turn into a circle endlessly, never loading. I then decided it probably was an apple ID issue, and tried to log in and out of my account through the app store. The same issue appeared, an endless loading circle with an error saying something along the lines of not being able to connect to the server. Now, if I open the app store it's just a blank page that says "Cannot Connect to the App Store" and pressing retry does nothing. Next I went into my settings and tried to enable iTunes & App Store, and it prompted me to set it up as my account which I am signed into. I clicked continue, only for the circle to again appear and nothing to happen, the setting remaining off. Under my Apple Id settings, I can't change or use ANY of them. Nothing happens when I click them. I can't even sign out of my account, as it asks me to enter my password, which I do, and the password prompt just stays there with my password entered with nothing happening. When I go into my iCloud settings and go into iCloud Storage and press Change Storage Plan, it tells me that is cannot connect to iCloud. To make things worse, my Safari is also acting up. When I try to connect to some websites I used to be able to use a couple days ago, the website just endlessly loads, the circle appears on the top bar by my WiFi signal and nothing happens. This happens with websites like Reddit and Twitter. Other websites I'm able to view, and other websites I get messages like it's been blocked by my network administrator. I've tried resetting the settings on my phone, restarting, messing with the settings, updating, nothing's working. I don't know what would've prompted this but if anyone has any ideas they'd be greatly appreciated. - I'm also able to log into my Apple ID on my computer, and my phone definitely has an internet connection.
