Macbook pro 13' 2017. I called apple support around 4 times to solve the issue, no help. Reset PRAM, the whole system, etc. but no answer. I took it into the genius bar at the apple store I bought it from, and they replaced the logic board and some wires. This didn't solve the issue. I then went back to the store to see what they could do about it, but the genius bar employee wasn't allowed to tell me any information they had on this issue and that there was nothing he could do for me. He told me to wait because they "think" it's a software issue. This is funny because they actually don't know what's causing the problem hence they're inability to fix the issue.
