I can't receive Live TV on my Apple TV 4 even if I bought a subscripton.
The TV provider (CANAL +) can't help me.
DO you think Apple could help me?

This is a user forum, you aren't addressing Apple here
Those apps require a valid TV subscription, if you have a cable provider you need to contact them if you are having issues. If your provider isn't listed for authentication there may be not a lot you can do.

I think the Apple TV not completely available or compatible for MyCANAL on my home network...
Have a great day in spite of this minors defaults.
If your cable provider doesn't support the MyCanal app (i.e. it's not listed when you try to authenticate) then there isn't much you can do other than contact your cable provider
There also isn't anything anyone here can do as we are all users just like you.
