Flickering Mac Air screen

Hi There hoping someone can help, I've had problems with a flickering display/screen. Screen will dim and brightness goes up and sometimes goes completely black, sometimes worse than other times.

I've tried:

Safe Mode: Power>Start>Shift

NVRAM: Power>Start>P+R+CMD+option

SCM:Power>Start>Shift+Control+Option

No hardware issues found with Power button>Start>D

Flickering tends to not be as bad when laptop is plugged in.

The whole screen part of my laptop was also replaced by a verified apple repair place, where they replaced whole display clamshell. Hoping somebody can help as this is very stressful and this laptop is needed.

Thank you!

MacBook Air, iOS 11.4.1
