My phone has been hacked/ hidden remote app. I’ve had heavy battery drain, iTunes music searches that I didn’t do alone with other apps opened that I didnt. My phone asked for passcode for icloud account then skipped to page with all saved passcodes. How do I find or get rid of.

Unless you or someone else has jailbroken your iPhone, no, you don't have such a thing. Jailbreaking requires physical access to an unlocked phone for more than a few minutes.
I would suggest that you back up and restore your iPhone from the back up:
