Download and install Brigadier (https://github.com/timsutton/brigadier) on the Windows side and you can download the drivers. You may need Cygwin for Python to work properly. See the description of the "-m" qualifier at the linked page.

Yes, they say all standard procedures were performed. On top of that you don't read. I am a system administrator myself and have taken all courses in ATLAS and Mac-16A certification.

If you are who you claim you are, you should also know that the EFI firmware has been corrupted on the Mac due to a failed update. Neither did you list 'all standard procedures' that were executed. You are asking for help, so you certifications have no value in the request.

I only need drivers for Windows. Since MAC OS does not work here and does not start. Works just fine in WINDOWS and UBUNTU.

Find another Mac which has the same year/model, run BC Assistant -> Action -> Download and download the drivers to a USB2 Flash drive. Boot into Windows and run setup.exe.

Thanks. System and Apple Software Update are fully updated. The driver indicates that it is not installed. Writes to the driver property requires further installation. Although displayed as installed. All fully installed with the Bootcamp drivers.User uploaded fileUser uploaded fileUser uploaded file

Maybe there are some separate drivers for Touch Bar. As the driver set does not help.

And I would like to know is there any driver for Linux(UBUNTU) for example?

Can you take a look at Re: MB pro 2016 with Touch Bar BootCamped w/Windows 10 - Touch Bar not showing anything in Windows 10 or Touch Bar Not Displaying/Working on Windows 10 ?

You should ask in the Ubuntu forums. I have not seen anything related to TB drivers. I will also look.
