"cloudd unexpectedly quit" continues...

I have had this persistent problem, summarized in this thread...

The fix ( open termina and run .... sudo find ~ $TMPDIR.. -exec chflags -h nouchg,nouappnd,noschg,nosappnd {} + -exec chown -h $UID {} + -exec chmod +rw {} + -exec chmod -h -N {} + -type d -exec chmod -h +x {} + 2>&-) works well, but on my computer it the problem returns.... sometimes after one hour, sometimes after a few days, but it always comes back.

Any ideas on how to permanently fix this? Or to locate the source of the corrupt file?

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.

Hey Eric Root, thank you for your help.

I tried a 2nd Admin account and it didn't show up. I am not 100% sure about this because at the time it also wasn't happening in my main Admin account. Safe mode is also didn't happen, but same concern.

I have a gut suspicion that it is connected with Adobe Illustrator CC. I noticed that the problem returned just after I opened a file there. I am not certain, just all of the other apps that were running had been up for a while.

I ran Etrecheck... here is the report. Anything jump out at you? I removed the Adware issues shown in the report.
