Apple ID help

So I today I tried to Update an app on my IPhone 8 and I got an error that displayed that my Apple ID has been disabled so with my curiosity I look it up and follow instructions on how to reset it and yet nothing, I’ve reset my password, logged out and back in. And I have no idea what else to do, I need help!

Are you absolutely sure this was from Apple?


So many of these messages about your Apple ID be disable and hating you to verify your identity are in fact phishing expeditions in an effort to get access to your personal data.
