Waiting for items to copy

I've been trying to Synch my iPhone now for over 10 hours. For some reason it is stuck on

"Syncing Lyrics to iPhone (Step 4 of 4)

Waiting for items to copy"

Has anyone else had this problem?

I only started to run into this problem today. Before my iPhone would just sync and it would be take a minute or two.

How do I fix this?

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

This fixed me issue

iphone sync stuck at "preparing to copy items"

"I had the same problem - stuck on preparing to copy. Fixed it by going to Settings > General > iTunes Wi-Fi Sync on iPad and selecting Cancel Sync - then selecting Sync Now. My iPad synced with no problem after that."
