Dual booting for M-audio Fast Track Pro drivers on Mac Os Sierra
The M-Audio Fast Track Pro (audio interface) drivers last release was for Mac Os 10.9 Mavericks, but they were still digitally signed for Yosemite 10.10 if one would want to upgrade to that. I tried this on my old mac with success, but I would like to know:
Can I actually install the drivers on Yosemite 10.10.5? This is because my mac mini 2014 doesn't support Mav's.
And further, what Mac Os version's does Yosemite 10.10 support dual booting on the same machine with? Would it work in congunction with for example Mac Os Sierra?
That would be great because then I could use a Nvidia graphics card via breakout box over Thundobolt 2 with a bit of tinkering in Terminal according a .PDF I got from Sonnet about their breakout box, but as soon as one upgrades to High Sierra and above, external GPU compatibility is lost and you would just be able to use TB-2 for work-station cards. Also at only 4GB of memory, I doubt if it would be worth using Windows emulation software either.
Someone please help!
