How do I get a static time stamp for a row of data I enter in Excel for iphone?

effectively =now()
—> copy —> paste by value
without the manual actions. I don’t know how to do this in VBA or set up a macro or form for data entry.
On iOS you might want to look into the Workflow app (owned by Apple). You can set up an action that puts the time on the clipboard, which you can paste into an Excel cell.

Wayne has the right location for excel help, however you must include the fact you are working on an iPhone.
fyi, VBA does not run on iphone version, so that option is out.

Thank you, SGIII. Installed the app, now I need to look for help learning enough to copy an =now() cell result and paste it by value. I should be able to find that on my own, or at least through Apple support. I’m surprised there doesn’t seem to be a HELP or ‘shortcuts for beginners’ file or link in the app. Again, thanks - no further action needed.
SGIII, if there were a way to vote ‘helpful’ more than once, I would have done so. Tried - greyed out. :-)
