lost my itunes libraries
i have been updating my IOS regularly. all of the sudden I recently noticed my itunes libraries were gone. How do I get them back?

This seems unrelated to your question, as iOS, which runs on an iPhone, iPad or iPod, is updated using iTunes, and has nothing to do with iTunes‘ behavior.
Anyway:
Open a different iTunes Library file or create a new one - Apple Support
