All 3 of my microphones are not working (iphone 7). Any idea?

Tried cleaning out the mics, checked settings etc but still no joy. Yesterday when the oriblem began I did a reset and updated software and things worked again... until now! Reset hasn’t solved the problem this time. Mics arent working on video, voice memos or calls

iPhone 7 microphones the microphones on my iPhone 7 have stopped working suddenly this morning. I have tried to clean them out, I am on the most current ios and I have restarted it multiple times but they will not work. iPhone 7 Plus Mic Stopped Working After Upgrade to iOS 14.3 My iPhone 7 Plus mics stopped working after my latest upgrade to iOS 14.3. I tried with Voice Memo, video on the Camera app, Shazam, and with keyboard dictation. None of them work. I reset my phone, they still don't work. Also, headphones plugged in with a lightning cord don't work. Sound plays from the speakers and not the headphones. I see this was a problem going back to earlier versions. Apple, please make it work again!
