I have a gen 4 apple tv payed 278 for the game pass and its not working my my apple tv everytime i sign in it saying ( "network connection not available, please check back later")

And yet it works on my my phone samsung s7 and the season starts nexted week im very ****** off

PLEASE HELP

Apple TV I use 2 older (non 4K) versions of Apple TV to stream baseball live from the US via a MLB TV subscription. Everything seemed okay during the initial part of the season, however in recent weeks I have been unable to connect to a game live until I go through the process of logging out and then back into my subscription. The MLB app appears to load properly and I can get to the days games but when I click on the game I want it goes no further. But if I log out and then back in it goes to the game immediately. Could this be a problem of the version of the Apple TV I'm using being non-4K, or is there some other simple solution. I don't want to update my units as it will cost me up to AU$500.00 for 2 new units.

Same as Leon, you should contact the developers (NFL) of the app about that.
