Hello guys, i´ve just bought an iPad 2018 as a school aid. But when i was drawing a chart in app Pages i couldn´t find any ruler like there is on iPad Pro. Just want to ask you if any solution exist or ruler is avaible only on iPad Pro

The screenshot you show is not from Pages, its from the Notes app.
That ruler is available in the Notes app, not Pages.
To get the Ruler option you need to select the Add Sketch option from the ➕ menu in the Notes App.
