Bluetooth turns on automatically every morning, even when I turn it off from control center or settings

I think it’s pretty stupid that I can’t permanently disable bluetooth from the control center already, but then it turns back on the next morning anyway if I turn it off from settings. It drains my battery life down when left on, for something I hardly even use! I should be able to disable it from the control center, or there needs to be a way to disable it from automatically turning on in settings. Does Apple love making things that were in perfect working order before suddenly inconvenient?
