Select all in iPhone browser?

Is there a way in the browsers to select all text within a web page so that I can get text to speach to read it without me having to actually take the time to select everything. Thinking along the line on how on a desktop computer you can right click on a mouse button.

Only if the webpage in question has a Reader view option

Im using Safari and I still don’t see a select all option in reader mode
