Cannot import SIM contacts

Hi there,

I have contacts on my SIM card but when I click on Import SIM contacts in the Settings, nothing actually happens.

I have placed the SIM card back in the old phone and the contacts appeared, due to the fact that they actually are on this SIM card.

Is this a common problem?
