I bought a Microsoft ergonomic keyboard, the new surface keyboard. On my old iMac it was able to connect, but after I bought a new iMac it is not able to connect anymore, it is trying but it does not work. The Karabiner didn't help either... does anyone have the same problem?
iMac, macOS High Sierra (10.13.6)
According to Microsoft the Surface Keyboard is compatible with Mac OS X v10.10.5/10.11.1, and 10.11.4. Not macOS 10.13.6.

That shouldnt run on mac at all, but it did anyway on y old imac...
The fact it did in the past does not mean it will forever. Especially when it wasn't meant to be compatible. You could ask Microsoft although I'm not sure what they would say since they don't list it as being compatible. Can't hurt to ask.
