screen is broken, ipod keep functioning but some parts of the screen are ''dead''

Since the right part of the screen doesn't work I can't access into my last.fm account or others. If I could just rotate the screen it would be perfect since if I do that I can write directions on safari and everything, but that doesn't work for every app, sadly. I can't use my mail account anymore either because of this (cos I cant ''touch'' anything that's in the right side of the screen, and there's where the ''ok'' button usually is.
Somebody know what can I do?
