Problem to print with RICOH Aficio MPC2800

Hello everyone,

i have a problem to print with my RICOH Aficio MPC2800.

I downloaded the official drivers on ricoh support webpage and installing the printer on OSX 10.13.6.

The problem is: when i print a text or picture i have a error page printed with %!PS-ADOBE-3.0 %%Target device..

and some blank pages around 30 to 50..

It look like a post scrip error. But i don't know how to fix it.

Someone have already encounter the problem / have any suggestion or know how to fix the issue please?

Thank you a lot.

Were the drivers you downloaded 10.13 compatible?

If you haven't done so already, try resetting the printing system.

Hi Eric,

Thank you for your reply.

Drivers from Ricoh websites are no good > #####PS > like "Post Script"

I'm not alone is this case.

After 3 hours looking and testing, i get lucky with generics and customised drivers .

Called: "NRG MP C 2800 - CUPS+Gutenprint V5.2.14" founded on open print website.

You loose some options but by the way you can print in A4/A3 in colours and B&W.

If it's can help someone... 🙂
