iTunes not playing songs after pressing "PLAY"

Hi. My iTunes (12.8.0.150) today simply cannot play any songs, after pressing the "PLAY" button. The music progress bar didn't moved a bit and just stuck at any seconds you clicked. No playing songs and of course, no sounds.

Can someone help me? I uninstall and re-install, and still the same.

Use Edit > Preferences > Playback and look at the entry for Play Audio Using. This will normally be set to either Direct Sound or Windows Audio Session. Changing to the other setting may help. If not set back to the first option and apply once more.
