Apple Music does NOT play when I HAVE wifi, but it has no problem when I DONT have wifi?

- iOS 11.4.1

- I’ve tried turned off the phone and turned it back on

- I’ve tried signing out, then signing in again

- It works when I don’t have wifi

Possibly your Wi-Fi network blocks something that Apple Music relies on.

Try restarting the router/access point device.

Try on a different Wi-Fi network, just to see if it makes a difference.
