I would like to right click on a file in finder and have it open a new email in Outlook. Other options are available like Messages, etc. Is it possible to send files via Outlook by right clicking?

It is, but it is document type specific. When you Right click you select Open With and its popup menu which includes Other. Then you can select Microsoft Outlook as an option to open specific documents with. When Outlook receives an "open with" call, it assumes the document is an attachment to be in an email to be composed.
I thought this would be a good solution. It is not.
1) Outlook is not on the list when I rightclick a MS Word document.
2) You have to go to "other" and then scroll down through applications to Microsoft Applications.
3) Then it asks if you want to use this application. And yes, Outlook opens.
4) Then I get this answer. "File” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash.
5) Yes, it is true. My file is corrupted. It happened twice to me, cause I thought the first time was a fluke.
6) Thankful for Time Machine. I found the files and restored them. If it had been a new file, I would have been stuck.
Outlook is not an immediate option when I right click. So this is still not as easy as Share - right click. But, the result is a corrupted file.
Therefore, this is not a good option.

Finder is an Apple issue not a Microsoft issue. Outlook should be connected to Share in Finder. How to do that?
