Unable to create new tracks except external midi

I cannot seem to create new tracks nor do I have access to the default Logic Plug-ins. It looks like it might have something to do with Logic not recognizing any inputs but I'm not sure. User uploaded file

Are you familiar with Logic's preferences?

Go to Logic's Preferences audio, is "Core Audio" enabled? (checked) enable it.

If Core Audio IS enabled, disable it, then re-enable.

For whatever reason Logic has lost connection with Core Audio, you may have to reset your Input and Output devices in Logic's preferences. Always use Logic's preferences to set things up.
