uploading my music library to my new mac

I just bought a new 12 in MacBook..(I had an old MacBook pro 2009) up until this point. I see all my cd's/music library in the iCloud...but I can't get my music library in the icloud to my iTunes. Even in the preferences/settings of iTunes I don't have an option for iCloud in there?
