Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I received a email from Apple, said I’ve spend $103 on a app which I did not. Then I click the “report problem “ . It open a word doc and typed in some of my personal information (not all) and realized that is a scam email!!!! I closed it right away and change apple password. What should I do now?! Will it steal all my personal information on the phone? Do i need to run a program on my iphone to remove it?

No. Such messages are designed by the scammers to have you input your personal/financial information at their bogus web site.
Good call detecting the scam, and for how you closed out of it when the penny dropped. If you closed the document without hitting Send, Submit, OK, or anything else like that, your information never went any further than your screen and you should be safe.

How about the personal information that I typed in?i did not submit it, Will they still get it?
By typing it into a Word document, no. You would have had to save the changes and email the document back to them.
