Silentcleanserver - can't uninstall

Hello.

I have been noticing a couple buggy things on my macbook air (2013). Changes in the desktop screen, search engines popping up, etc. I noticed an app running in my activity monitor called "silentcleanserver," yet when I search for this app in my applications folder, it doesn't come up. I know this is an app that I didn't download intentionally but can't seem to get it off.
