i have an MPOW bluetooth headset that connects to my Mac but not iphone

i have an MPOW bluetooth headset that connects to my Mac but not my iphone.

It doesn't show up on the list at all so I can't even forget the device.

The mac and and phone are right next to each other so the distance is not the issue.
