how do you add captioning after a video is made in the clips app?

No option for adding the titles AFTER I've recorded... at least that I can see here anyway
Hmm, I just managed to record captions to put over the top of an existing still image in one project, and add captions to an existing clip where my voice had been recorded as I made the clip. I also imported a video from my camera roll and was able to add a commentary on top and have that captioned. Experiment a little. When the clip is select tap the Live Titles tool at the left of the tool strip. Tap Style and choose something other than None. There is an X to back out which you might think would cancel your choice, but doesn't.
