how do i get rid of thread viewing in mail?

how do i get rid of thread viewing in mail? I just responded to an email to main person that INCLUDED response from a BCC person. NOT GOOD!!! I want to have all my emails separated, even it means 100 unraveled strands from a thread.

MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018), macOS High Sierra (10.13.6)

Go to the View menu, and uncheck "Organize by Conversation".

Does that do what you want?
