Can't Find Imported Certificate in Key Chain Access

I have a .pfx, .pem file pair that I want to add to keychain access.

I double click the pfx file and select to add to the system key chain

I then enter my admin password

I then enter the password for the pfx file

After entering the password I see no sign that adding the new certifcate succeeded or failed. I also cannot find the certificate in key chain access. I am not saying that it is not there, I am just saying that if it is there I cannot find it. There are no certificates whose name matches the .pfx file. Does the name of the certificate need to match the name of the file? If not, where do I get a clue for what the name of the certificate should be. I cannot sort the certificates in keychain access by import date, so I have no clue what to look for.

Any advise?
