Since the update to MacOS High Serra the right click is not showing any context menu.
All system setting seems to be okay.
With simultaneously pushing of the CTRL key a context menu appears, but that is not as it was before.

I had the same issue and this is how I fixed it.
Deleted 'com.apple.AppleMultitouchMouse.plist' located in /Users, your name, Library, Preferences.
Restarted.
Opened System Preferences, Mouse.
Set secondary click to right in prefs.
Contextual menu now working as previously.
The problem started when I upgraded to Mohave. I have tried all of the suggestions so far and no resolution.
Yes Sys Prefs were closed. Doesn't matter. I tried again and the right click context menu still does not work.
