Context menu not working with mouse right-click button since update to High Sierra

Since the update to MacOS High Serra the right click is not showing any context menu.

All system setting seems to be okay.

With simultaneously pushing of the CTRL key a context menu appears, but that is not as it was before.

I had the same issue and this is how I fixed it.


Deleted 'com.apple.AppleMultitouchMouse.plist' located in /Users, your name, Library, Preferences.

Restarted.

Opened System Preferences, Mouse.

Set secondary click to right in prefs.


Contextual menu now working as previously.
