Apple TV Purchased Movies Blocked due to Current Credit Card

Has anyone ever run into an issue with their Apple TV previously purchased movies being blocked from access on their Apple TV due to a declined credit card issue? I had my wallet stolen, cancelled and reissued my credit/debit cards and am waiting for the new cards to update the system. There was a recurring subscription that wasn’t able to be charged due to the credit card on file. I’m already frustrated with the situation as it is and now the 218 movies that I have paid Apple a **** ton to purchase are not accessible to me. This is BS, considering I already “own” those movies. I tried to resolve the issue by cancelling the recurring subscription but have been unable to do so online. I have always raves about how great my Apple TV is but this is just making a bad situation much worse. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. SB

Your Store access is blocked until you fix the accounting issue.
