How to restore photolibrary from Icloud

Hi,

I dont know why, but since i restarted my Mac,

my photolibrary disappeared, and the one I found is not the good one ( it is a old one.)

On my Icloud, i have all my images - how can i Import these in my Photo library?

Photos library has been moved and will not go back to Library Systems HI, I'm having difficulty moving all of my photos with the Icon on m y desktop back to Mac desktop Hardrive - User (Me)- Systems- Library- Photos Library Instead it was moved to Mac Hardrice- Users- (Me)- here a Pictures folder was moved out of the Library typed above. Now when I try to carry it back into the system typed above it does not allow. I need help putting it back bc it part of the iCloud . Now it is not in Iclud and I'm afraid to lose everything Please help

And the upcoming screen shots .

Make sure the Mac is connected to the power adapter and with high network speed the photos will start syncing .
