My Apple Mail sent a receipt to a spam email when I opened it. It was in my outbox. How do I stop this terrible feature and block Mail from sending receipts that I have opened an email? Thank you
Mail in and of itself does not support email receipts, so there must have been something in the email you received. Can you explainwith more details or send a screenshot of thrspam message?
this appears to have come from a Microsoft account? I don’t use MS, but I believe they have the read receipt ”feature”. I do not know if you need to take some action or if it is automatic. Best to check with the sender.
