My iTunes Accounts do not synchronize on authorized PC's

I have two computers and both have iTunes installed and my iTunes accounts are not the same. They do not synchronize.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities, it's great to have you here. If I understand you're wanting to access your music all on your devices.

I have two articles called Subscribe to iTunes Match and Access your music collection on all of your devices with Apple Music that goes over two options you have to accomplish your goal.
