triangular caution signs on iMovie music

Created an iMovie project on my iPad in May. Have been spending the last 4 months trying to get it off my iPad. Finally found someone with an iPhone and was going to airdrop it, but played it first and found out that all the music that I had payed for thru iTunes no longer played. They all have the triangular caution symbol on them. Is there a way to re-connect them without starting over? Remember I’m on my iPad.

version of iMovie is 2.2.5

Version of OS software on iPad is 11.4.1

iPad Pro Wi-Fi, iOS 11.4.1

See iMovie for iOS: What does a yellow triangle in my timeline mean? - Apple Support. Check that the audio tracks in question are downloaded to the device rather than in the cloud. Perhaps you will need to remove and reintroduce them to the project.

For the project to work all of the media resources it needs have to be stored locally where they were when they were added to the project. You cannot necessarily expect to be able to AirDrop the project file to another device and have it work.

Why doesn't it work on the iPad? Did you remove any of the source media? Did you ever render it for export to iTunes or iMovie Theatre? If it is broken now why would you expect moving it to another device to help? 😕

OK I’m not looking to move it to another device to fix it, but need to share it as it is someone’s wedding. No source files were ever deleted, in fact all the songs still show up and play in iMovie. If you’re not trying to help please don’t respond. I’m looking for help from the community not condemnation.

But it doesn’t work in iMovie on my iPad any longer. I live on my iPad so all songs were purchased through iTunes on iPad. And that is wher the project was videotaped and created
