LogicProx wav files missing

I normally work on an iMac desktop and save the files as a project in a folder with all other song details. i have backed these up to a USB drive and wanted to edit some music whilst away on my MacBook Pro. However when i load the project it says some of my files are missing. How can this be? and where might they be?

Although I am away i do have access to my server at home but not to my iMac.

This does not make sense to me but surely someone has been here before and can help me with this.

You might have to include assets in your projects when saving. File > Project Settings > Assets (then tick the file types to include in the project)

Now that I'm back home I have checked and I do save all the assets to my projects. The only thing I can think is that perhaps I should save as a Folder and not as a package?
