Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions have changed.

This morning a "Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions have changed" prompt when update an app. Clicking on the "OK" button only takes me to a blank screen.

I am seeing this on my iPhone, iPad and MacBook Pro laptop. Anyone else seeing this?

I encountered this problem when trying to update apps on my iphone 8. When I hit "Update" a "Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions have changed" prompt popped up and clicking on the "OK" button took me to a blank screen. After reading the other replies I tried scrolling to the bottom of the blank screen. As soon as I hit the blank screen, the full Terms and Conditions appeared and I was able to click "Agree" (top right of screen).

Ok so I am having the same problem which has been really annoying! I have spent over 4 hours over 3 days on the phone to Apple repeating the same steps and taking the same screenshots to get no where further. I just managed to fix this myself, hopefully it works for someone else too!

I borrowed my partners phone, disconnected Wi-Fi so only cellular data was on and signed in to the app store with my account. I tried downloading a free app which gave me a pop up to confirm the terms and conditions. This came up blank again but I scrolled down the page, as previously suggested, the writting started to appear and it allowed me to confirm the terms in the top right corner.

During this I signed out of iTunes on my iPad and it would not let me sign back in telling me the iTunes store is unavailable to process purchases at this time. To fix this I turned Wi-Fi off on the iPad and connected to a mobile phone by hotspot (with that Wi-Fi off too) i then signed in to the app store and in to iTunes in settings and all worked again!

Same. I spent an hour and a half on chat with them and they wanted to schedule a time to call me, but I’m either sleeping or at work during their hours they want to call me because I work 2nd shift.

I get the same issue on my iPhone 8 (iOS 12), my iPad 5th gen (iOS 11.4), and iTunes on my computer (windows PC). Doesn’t matter if I’m on WiFi or using my cellular data. I can’t just scroll down on the blank white screen, there’s nothing there to scroll. I have rebooted at least 20 times, force closed the app at least a hundred, I have signed out and in to my Apple ID, they had me reset my network settings... nothing has worked. I have 46 app updates on my phone that I can’t do. This is ridiculous.
